"It’s important that we focus on cultivating equality and diversity in the grains industry to encourage new and diverse opinions, ideas, and ways of thinking. That's how we will develop innovative and sustainable solutions to the challenges we are facing. It’s about fostering a community of acceptance and encouragement that brings a broad range of perspectives and new skills to the table and keeps them there. I think that’s the key to farming in the future."

"The future of the Grains industry hinges on the nurturing & development of its young, professional talents. Building confidence and letting your work ethic shine is key, strive for growth in areas you see potential, and aim high; always. Seek out mentors to guide you through challenges, and you’ll naturally gain the skills to tackle future issues or situations effectively as a leader does."
