The Australian Grain Leaders Program (AGLP) is a national leadership program designed specifically for young emerging leaders in the grains industry. The program develops young leadership skills, knowledge and potential.
OnBoard - A grower director program
Growers who are keen to be an active voice for their industry through board appointments and Directorships are encouraged to take part in a grains industry-first initiative. The program is comprised of hard and soft skills training by expert facilitators as well as funding participants to complete the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.

GrainGrowers’ Grains100 initiative seeks to cultivate a group of 100 Australian growers who are well-prepared to actively participate in essential dialogues for the grains industry. This group encompasses both emerging and established leaders and influencers in the field.
