About Us
Founded over sixty years ago by growers who wanted the very best for their industry, GrainGrowers is a national organisation working to enhance the profitability and sustainability of Australian grain farmers. We achieve this through our focus areas of policy and advocacy, grower engagement, thought leadership and active investment in future focused activities for all growers. Australian growers are at the heart of all that we do and the focus of our work.
Our Board of grower directors and our National Policy Group consisting of grower representatives combines with our ability to operate independently and ensures that GrainGrowers is committed to always representing the best interests of growers.
What we do
- Build and empower the grain leaders of today and tomorrow through industry-first leadership programs

“One of my close friends, Kathryn Fleay, completed the AGLP program
and said she gained so much out if it. When I saw they were
interviewing for the 2021 AGLP program I jumped at the chance. It is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about leadership in agriculture and create a network across Australia.”
