GrainGrowers has long supported the professional development of Australian grain growers through programs like the Australian Grain Leaders Program, Grain Social Leadership Program, and OnBoard, producing around 300 highly regarded and talented graduates. With so many incredible individuals connected to GrainGrowers through these programs, the National Policy Group, and the Board, the organisation felt that there was still an opportunity to strengthen ongoing engagement with alumni and maximise the value of a connected network.
