AGM 2024
The details of this meeting are:
Date: Wednesday 18 September 2024
Time: 12.30pm (AEST)
Place: Virtual via the Vero Voting Meeting platform (here). Members have been emailed a unique username and password to login.
Members are encouraged to vote online or by post prior to the AGM, however, a poll will also be held during the meeting.
All votes either, electronic, in-person or postal, must be received by GrainGrowers by 12pm (AEST) Monday 16 September 2024.
All proxy holders will need to attend the AGM to vote.

How to vote?
Voting Online (GrainGrowers voting members)
- Login into the Vero Voting portal with the unique login credentials that Vero Voting has emailed you.
- Click the 'Vote' tab to see the list of voting choices.
- Click on a response to cast your vote for each question.
- While the voting period is open you can change your vote at any time by clicking 'Change'
- Your vote is logged once the tab turns Blue and a Green tick appears which states 'Vote successfully Submitted.' No further action is required, your vote has been counted.
